Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC in the role of Risk Strategy and Execution Officer.

The Risk System and Strategy Execution Officer is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in business and credit operations. This individual focuses on developing new techniques and improving processes and workflows. The role involves representing risk and policy initiatives and serving as a liaison between technology, policy, and compliance teams to provide support and solutions to the business.

What the role will entail

• Apply extensive business and credit operations knowledge to develop new techniques and enhance processes and workflows as the Risk System and Strategy Execution Officer.
• Represent risk and policy initiatives, serving as a liaison between technology, policy, and compliance teams to provide support and solutions to the business.
• Utilize expertise to contribute to the development and improvement of risk strategies and their execution within the organization.

What were looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in UAT testing or related professional experience in the areas of credit operations, risk systems administration, and compliance functions. Strong organizational skills are required to manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.
• Possesses experience and/or an understanding of banking policies and concepts.
• Demonstrates an understanding of platforms in use and the ability to devise solutions.
• Maintains a comprehensive view of risk management, business orientation, and operational efficiency.
• Willing to report on-site.
