About the job Recruitment Officer

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for providing support throughout the end-to-end recruitment process for a hiring/recruitment project.

You will cover the following areas/processes: sourcing and screening, scheduling of candidates for online examination and interview, job offer preparation, and negotiation.

  • Required skill(s): talent management, negotiation, recruitment and selection process, volume hiring, talent acquisition.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to report in Taguig for a hybrid work set-up.
  • Willing to work in a project-based deployment
