Our Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig with the role of Operational Risk Officer.
As the Operational Risk Officer, you will serve as the first line of defense for the Wealth Management business, collaborating closely with Operational Risk Control Owners to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks. You will ensure the effective implementation of risk controls in alignment with the Banks policies and actively contribute to fostering a strong risk-aware culture.

What the role will entail
- Facilitate, implement, and execute Control Testing (CT) processes within the business unit.
- Perform spot checks at Wealth Centers and operational hubs to ensure compliance and control effectiveness.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve issues through collaboration with key stakeholders and implementation of effective controls.
- Lead communication and training initiatives to enhance risk awareness and foster a strong compliance culture.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years experience in Project Management, Business Operations, and Analysis
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of operational risk management, ideally within a banking or comparable financial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
