What the role will entail

• Conceptualizes, prepares and formulates proposals for new products and product introductions/ innovations/features.
• Conducts research activities, competitive and data analysis on consumer, market and business needs.
• Executes approved business development initiatives within agreed timelines.
• Coordinates with internal units of the Bank and external parties to ensure effective implementation of business development initiatives.
• Prospects, identifies, meets and negotiates with possible external partners for strategic alliances to support business development initiatives.
• Prepares proposals and agreements for internal and external partners, reviews and ensures that signed proposals/ agreements are complete and in order based on approved program proposals.

What were looking for

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least Five (5) years experience in a junior officer role for Sales and/or Marketing of financial/consumer products
• Possesses strong communication abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Exhibits a willingness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and self-driven motivation, thriving in a minimum supervision environment.
• Willingness to render overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Demonstrates the commitment and flexibility to work onsite as required by the position.
