Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Business Analyst.
In this role, you will collaborate with both IT and business units to identify, evaluate, and document business and system requirements. You will develop functional specifications and gap analyses to support solution design, working closely with technical and non-technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to propose effective solutions or alternatives.

What the role will entail
- Analyze business strategy and processes, including business continuity planning
- Evaluate external interfaces (e.g., BancNet, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), Philippine Clearing House Corporation (PCHC)) and their impact on internal systems
- Review Concept Papers for feasibility, technology assumptions, and net present value (NPV)
- Define data and information requirements in consideration of regulatory, risk, and compliance needs
- Develop and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and Gap Analysis Documents (GADs) to support solution design
- Address Quality Assurance (QA), Compliance, and Audit findings to ensure alignment with internal standards
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Business Management
- Certification by a recognized professional body in areas such as SCRUM or Business Analysis is considered an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in two distinct IT disciplines (e.g., Applications Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Support) or 5 years in business areas (e.g., Risk Management, Audit, Governance)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst on a large-scale project with a minimum of 3 critical business processes
- Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (e.g., Temenos T24, Narada) and banking products (e.g., Current Account Savings Account (CASA), Loans, Credit Cards).
- Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI), Projects IN Controlled Environments 2 (PRINCE2), Simple, Collaborative, Rapid, Unified, and Managed (SCRUM)) and Business Process Modelling (BPM)
