Our Corporate Credit team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in the targeted locations for the role of Agency Manager.

In this role, you will lead and manage delinquency recovery teams to achieve productivity targets and support the auto business in meeting its Net Income After Tax (NIAT) goals by maintaining budgeted Past Due Rate (PDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Provisions. You will ensure efficient team performance, resolve customer feedback promptly, act as an alternate leader when needed, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and reporting requirements.

What the role will entail
  • Allocate auto loan accounts to agency coordinators and/or third-party service providers based on historical performance, area coverage, and available resources.
  • Monitor team productivity, ensure timely collection activities, and report overall status to management.
  • Review and ensure proper documentation and legal compliance in repossession processes, including voluntary surrenders and asset inspections.
  • Coach and mentor agency staff, recommend repossession strategies, and handle escalated cases requiring negotiation or client persuasion.
  • Ensure accurate team attendance and expense reporting, and oversee the maintenance of Bank-assigned service vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with BSP and internal QA standards, promote customer service excellence, and address client concerns with timely action plans.
  • Analyze loan portfolio movement, perform capacity planning, and develop strategies to control delinquency levels and stay within budgeted loss provisions.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management, Banking, Finance or any Business related course. A masters degree is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in credit and collections for both commercial and consumer loan products, with strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and the Banks offerings.
  • Communicates complex information clearly and effectively, fostering inclusive collaboration and maintaining professionalism and composure in decision-making.
  • Leverages customer insights and data analytics to drive strategic resolutions, improve customer experience, and support sound business assessments.
  • Delivers high-quality outputs aligned with organizational goals, manages resources efficiently, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.
