Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Project Manager.

You are responsible for managing store sales activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve top line, bottom line, and market share targets.

What the role will entail

• Recommend and initiate policy, process, and system enhancements to address business, marketing, and customer needs.
• Assess program performance, customer needs, and industry trends to recommend strategic plans for Auto Loan, Credit Cards, and Personal Loan.
• Facilitate workshops to collect project requirements and user feedback.
• Participate in meetings with team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure effective implementation of sales acquisition programs.
• Evaluate individual performance and recommend opportunities for career progression, skills development, and training.
   

What we're looking for

• College graduate of any four-year course
• One year in sales and/or marketing
• Experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, Business Development, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Budgeting, Data Analysis, and Forecasting.
