Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Risk Systems and Strategy Execution Officer.
In this role you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of business and credit operations to develop new techniques and improve processes and workflows. You will represent risk and policy initiatives, acting as a liaison between various technology, policy, and compliance teams to provide support and solutions to the business.

What the role will entail
- Collaborate with credit, business units, and third-party vendors to improve process flows, ensure policy adherence, and optimize risk infrastructure.
- Develop and implement risk management tools to monitor client exposure, manage static data, and support portfolio growth while maintaining balanced risk-reward.
- Coordinate, lead, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, case creation, execution, defect resolution, and documentation.
- Review and understand BRDs, translate them into detailed test cases, and ensure robust testing before production releases.
- Perform validation and exception reporting to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration to drive execution of key business initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAT testing or related fields, specifically in credit operations, risk systems administration, and compliance functions
- Proven organizational skills to effectively manage and oversee critical testing tasks
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
