Prospect Generation Lead - Branch Banking

• Develop and execute strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects that can be effectively converted into sales opportunities
• Supervise and guide a team dedicated to generating high-quality leads
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine outreach efforts
• Design and deliver training programs for the prospect generation team to improve lead qualification techniques and overall effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a business or related field
• With at least 5 years experience in the banking industry, preferably in areas of branch banking/retail banking.
• Good product and operational knowledge in banking
• Has a hunter mentality and with willingness to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across teams.
