What the role will entail

Our Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of financial leaders. For this program you will:

• Gain comprehensive insights through deployment in our key departments, including Investment Banking, Financial Institutional Management, Treasury, Markets, SEDEX (Securities Derivatives and Foreign Exchange Distribution and Sales), Trust & Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
• Work closely with industry veterans and receive personalized guidance from dedicated mentors to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Participate in cutting-edge training sessions and workshops designed to sharpen your analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
• Engage in high-impact projects and contribute to meaningful initiatives that drive our business forward.

What we're looking for

We seek top-tier graduates who are passionate about financial markets and wealth management. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in either Accounting, Business, Mathematics, Banking, Commerce, Finance, Management, Marketing or any related field is highly preferred
• Graduates with Latin Honors are preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
• A proactive mindset and a keen interest in continuous learning and professional development
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive to make a meaningful impact
