Our Marketing and Cash Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati and Taguig for the role of Enrollment Definitions Team Lead.

In this role, you will be part of a team that supports external services such as enrollments, collections and payments, disbursements, government remittances, outsourced HR services, Bulk Instapay/Pesonet (BIPPS), and supply chain, as well as accounting and reconciliation and fees/service charges collection. Internally, you will support similar services except for supply chain, payroll, eGov, and BIPPS.

What the role will entail

  • Propose and implement initiatives for operational productivity, efficiency, process improvement, streamlining, and automation.
  • Ensure adherence to controls and implement prescribed policies and procedures.
  • Review, authorize, or reject system definitions (enrollment, modification, and termination) for EWOC/DXP, Bacnet OTPG, EasyBiz Cash Vault, and RCD.
  • Update enrollment statuses in the onboarding portal and the master lists for eGov, CMS, and conversion reports for newly enrolled, modified, or terminated accounts.
  • Approve Virtual Card Numbers (VCN) under Bancnet eGov and authorize ADA enrollment for participating accounts.
  • Endorse newly enrolled clients to CMS units for services like Account Sweeping, Auto Debit Arrangement, Bills Collect, Cheque Depot, Cheque Prepare, PDCW, and Reverse Account Sweeping.
  • Monitor and review daily transactions, track compliance with agreed TAT based on SLA with customers, prepare enrollment monitoring reports, review internal and external reports, oversee UAT, and provide support to other teams as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or any related field
  • At least 2 years experience in bank operations
  • You must have possess expertise in accounting, analytical skills, computer literacy, strong oral and written communication, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, and product/process knowledge.
  • Must manifest the following traits: excellent interpersonal skills, high self-motivation and direction, and keen attention to detail.
