Our Information Technology team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City with the role of Full Stack Engineer. 

In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Banks technology modernization efforts by developing secure, scalable applications across front-end and back-end layers, enabling faster delivery of business capabilities through agile, high-quality engineering practices. You will support various initiatives to enhance customer-centricity, operational efficiency, and innovation, ensuring technology solutions align with evolving business needs.

What the role will entail 

• Build secure, scalable, and maintainable full-stack components aligned with standards and requirements. 
• Develop integration features that connect seamlessly with internal and external systems. 
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and secure coding practices, supporting defect resolution. 
• Support system stability via incident resolution, enhancements, and code optimization. 
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect applications. 
• Apply security best practices to guard against vulnerabilities and threats. 

What we're looking for 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related field 
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a relevant software development role 
• Background in backend development using Java, Node.js, or Python 
• Proficiency in relational databases (Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL) Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB) 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong problem-solving skills 
• Passion for clean code, optimization, and continuous improvement
