As a Relationship Manager, you will drive the business by prioritizing high-net-worth clients for innovative financial solutions and cross-selling, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. What the role will entail
- Generate and maintain business to achieve sales targets by sourcing, calling, and presenting bank products, services, and investment opportunities.
- Create a comprehensive database of high-net-worth clients to enhance relationship-building and cross-selling.
- Prioritize efforts based on the potential business and revenue contributions of clients in assigned portfolio, unlocking new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention by fostering strong relationships. Provide regular updates on local market information and analyses, and conduct follow-up calls to support investment decisions.
- Regularly assess market trends and competitor program offerings to enhance the EWB program's product differentiation and overall attractiveness.
