Our KOMO Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Solutions Architect.

In this role, you will lead architecture and software engineering during project delivery, contributing to the evolution of KOMO's IT target architecture and delivery standards. You will also be involved with transforming KOMO platforms into Microservices, optimizing synergies with EastWest IT architects, and working with security teams to determine optimal security approaches.

What the role will entail

• Define project architecture for launching KOMOs future services.
• Conduct technology scans and competitive analysis to identify enabling technologies for superior digital banking services.
• Ensure adherence to KOMO standards and development disciplines by the development team.
• Lead the transformation of KOMO infrastructure to a Microservices Architecture.
• Implement security standards to ensure 100% security of customer data and systems.
• Roll out strategic systems/platforms to enable Komo to surpass competition.
• Manage technology costs within annual budgets and adjust expenses as needed.

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree in IT, computer science, or related field; Masters degree in IT or related discipline preferred.
• Formal Agile training required.
• 5+ years of management and leadership experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture within banking or digital industries.
• Experience in platform development within open innovation (open banking) space.
• Proficiency in technologies such as .Net, C#, SQL Server, MongoDB, Solr, jQuery, Angular, AWS, IIS, GitHub, Grunt/Gulp, Node.JS, Java/C.
• Strong management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
