Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect is responsible for the architecture, and software engineering leadership during project delivery. He / she is also expected to contribute in standardizing and continuously evolve the Komo IT target architecture and delivery/performance/risk management standards needed to deliver the overall Komo strategy and business objectives.

He/she will be responsible to translate the Komo business objectives into the needed project architecture and works with the Head of Architecture and Governance to define, evaluate, and recommend needed systems/platforms needed to deliver agreed business objectives. Collating, recommending, and securing needed annual budgets for Komos future platforms/systems will also a regular responsibility. He/she will also work with the core EW IT architects to maximize the synergies and utilization of systems/process/experience layer capabilities across both organizations.

Leads in the transformation of current Komo platforms into Microservices will also be a co-responsibility with other Komo IT Heads. Works with Head of Architecture and Governance and Komo Security Officer to determine the optimal security approaches for Komos systems and services.

He/she will work with the Head of Architecture and Governance in promoting the adoption of the DevSecOps operating mode of Komo by by the different squads.

He/she must be fully aware of all future technologies and trends, industry developments, competitive benchmarks vs other FinTechs/Banks, and other expansion opportunities.
