  • The Head of Internal Stakeholder Engagement will be responsible for bank wide employee engagement strategy on customer-centricity. He partners with HR in getting employees onboard the customer-centricity direction through activities that continuously encourage all employees engagement and participation in bringing about awareness towards customer-centricity as a corporate priority.
  • Responsible for developing strategies to improve engagement & manage programs designed to foster a positive involvement and mindset change towards customer centricity (No. 1 organizational focus). The role will also be responsible for internal employee communications & shaping corporate culture through various activities that will involve employees across ranks and locations, that include but not limited to rewards and recognition programs, frequent internal communications, employee events, tactical programs.
  • He creates a framework to track employee engagement/participation and trends in various activities and updates the CEO, President, and members of the Senior Manco on the internal stakeholder/employees engagement across business groups/divisions.
