Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join in the role of Store Sales Officer
As Store Sales Officer, you will be tasked to contributes to the over-all sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the store through greeting and proactive selling of Consumer Lending products to walk-in depositor and non-depositor clients focused on increasing Consumer Lending product awareness and penetration rate.

What the role will entail
- Conduct store-level assessments to ensure the availability of Consumer Lending, aiming to boost Consumer Lending market penetration.
- Welcome and proactively present Consumer Lending products to both depositors and non-depositor customers entering the premises through personalized greetings and offers.
- Liaise with store personnel to manage all Consumer lending-related sales activities efficiently.
- Performs proper identification of Clients (KYC) as stated in the Customer Engagement policy.
- Discusses with clients the important details of the product/s being offered / opened ensuring adherence with Circular No. 857 on disclosure and transparency, protection of client information, fair treatment, effective recourse, and financial education.
- Retrieve and review qualified Customer Information Sheet forms, conduct pre-screening procedures, and facilitate their submission for credit card processing.
- Assist in application processing by efficiently guiding applicants through the electronic signing of forms using an iPad to swiftly transmit data to the head office.
- Proactively identify and engage with walk-in ETB & NTB clients, understand the financial needs and offer suitable CLC products.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports as required.
- Executes approved sales acquisition programs within agreed timelines.
- Resolves or endorses for approval customer requests within TAT.
What were looking for:
- College graduate of any four (4) year course;
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and marketing experience
- Has background in Sales and Marketing, Business and Industry Knowledge, Project / Program Management, Product Management, Business Development, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Business Strategy Formulation, Budget Management, Data Analysis, and Numeracy, Planning and Forecasting
- Demonstrates qualities and skillset such as Customer Focus / Service, Oral and Written Persuasive Communication, Attention to Detail, Sales Disposition, Results-driven, Interpersonal Relations Skills, Multi-tasking, Negotiation / Building Partnerships, Strategic Decision Making, Comprehensive View, Creative Thinking, Critical and Analytical Thinking, Strategic Thinking and Foresight
