Our Retail Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Systems Application Associate.

As a Systems & Applications Associate, you will assist in user testing, prepare user guides/training materials, and generate necessary reports. Additionally, you will aid the SOG Help Desk in supporting stores in case of production issues and recommend system/application improvements.

What the role will entail

• Conduct UAT within the agreed timeline.
• Consolidate results of the UAT and prepare the necessary reports.
• Prepare user guide and assist in the preparation of user training materials and system advisories for dissemination to the stores and to the affected units of the Bank.
• Assists in training if necessary.
• Recommends system enhancements for better customer service and TAT.
• Validate internal/ external audit exception to suggest recommended solutions.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any business or IT Bachelor's Degree program.
• Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of work experience in a related field.
• Familiarity of basic bank products and services, Banking Regulations for Financial Institutions, and the Banks Policies and Procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and applications.
• Active participation and commitment to ensure the team achieves its goals.
• Engagement in ongoing learning to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Responsiveness to requests in a well-informed, knowledgeable, and polite manner.
• Ability to utilize available facts and information to make simple inferences and explanations.
• Ability to achieve productivity standards, meet deadlines, and adhere to work schedules.
• Ability to maintain expertise in the role/function and identify opportunities for self-improvement.
