About the job Administrative Services Officer - Admin Service Desk & Special Projects-E
- Validating service requests in coordination with ASD Team Head on how to resolve long outstanding tickets with third party dependency
- Assessment and identification of risk indicators
- Outstanding tickets generated through Sapphire IMS on a weekly/monthly basis
- Monitoring Risk Incident, RCSA, KRI, KCI, CT monthly/quarterly reports
Educational Requirement
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
Relevant Work Experience
At least 1 year experience in Administrative Services/Property Management/Purchasing
