Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

About the role

East West Banking Corporation is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing technology division. Based in our Taguig City office, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
• Screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
• Conducting in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining an effective applicant tracking system and reporting on recruitment metrics
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the recruitment industry

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of software development, cloud, programming languages, and technical roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-calibre technical talent
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
