In this role, you will specialize in sourcing and headhunting talent to join our team. You will play a critical part in identifying and attracting talent for our Branch Banking requirements, ensuring we build a strong and capable workforce.

What the role will entail

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting, to identify high-quality candidates for open positions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates and assess market availability.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational culture.

What we're looking for

  • Holder of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
