Store Manager (Branch Manager)
Locations: Multiple Locations in Metro Manila and Provincial Branches
- Contributes to the over-all strategy of retail banking group by managing the store as the main distribution channel of all products and services of the bank with the end view of meeting all the set objectives and profitability targets which focuses on the acquisition, retention, and management of customers by delivering excellent customer service.
- Oversees stores operations, compliance to policies and procedures set by both internal and external regulatory bodies.
- Grows and deepens relationship with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them
- Monitors contribution of all Store personnel with the objective of increasing deposit accounts, new to banks customers and share of wallet (product-to-client ratio)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Business course
- At least five (5) years branch banking experience
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales target
Relationship Sales Officers
Locations: Multiple Locations in Metro Manila and Provincial Branches
- Contributes to the over-all sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the store focused on the acquisition of new to bank clients by selling all deposit products, bancassurance and all types of loans and services in order to increase the product-to-client ratio of the bank
- Gathers information on other Banks new products and marketing strategies and subsequently provide feedback to management
- Practices sales management process and uses the SMMS daily
- Solicits suggestions from clients on how to improve client servicing
- Conducts telemarketing and mapping activities to continuously have a pipeline of accounts.
- Conducts semi-annual customer profiling to determine what other products and services may be offered.
- Attends Sales Clinics and other seminars/trainings/meetings
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the Store Manager/Division Head from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelors degree
- At least three (3) years of branch banking sales experience
- Experience in marketing bank products is an advantage.
- With expertise in sales, marketing, and portfolio management
Area Sales Director
Locations: Manila, Makati, Quezon City, Antipolo-Marikina
- Develops and implement sales strategies to achieve targets, including identifying new business opportunities and analyzing market trends.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships while providing support, guidance, and training to the sales team.
- Conducts regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and monitor sales performance.
- Prepares and presents sales reports to senior management, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Leads and manages a high-performing sales team, ensuring daily activities are executed properly and targets are met.
- Coaches, mentors, and trains sales team members, while also being responsible for hiring and training new personnel.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelors degree
- At least five (5) years experience in the banking industry
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Strong network and established relationships with clients across key industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, hospitality/tourism, FMCG

Business Sales Manager
Locations: Manila, Makati, Quezon City, Antipolo-Marikina
- Focuses on acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and selling all types of deposit products, bancassurance, loans, and services, while driving customer service.
- Executes daily sales activities in adherence to carbon routines.
- Recognize and generate new business opportunities to increase deposit volume
- Prepares and presents sales reports, and performance to the Sales Director/ Area Sales Director
- Actively participates in the weekly sales performance discussions with the Area Sales Director to ensure alignment and achievement vs targets.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelors degree
- At least five (5) years experience in the banking industry
- Strong network and established relationships with clients across key industries, including manufacturing, construction, healthcare, hospitality/tourism, FMCG
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment.
