What the role will entail

• Maintain a deep understanding of the banks products, processes and workflows
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation opportunities
• Identify opportunities to implement new technologies and tools that can streamline processes and enhance overall performance
• Act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and system developers, ensuring that the final product meets the business needs and translate the detailed business requirements to functional specifications
• Collaborate with development teams to design and document system workflows, data models and user interfaces based on requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, project specifications (UAT and system flow), policies & procedures that are in line with the Banks Governance directives.

What were looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or Management Information Systems is preferred
• Preferably with of at least 3-years on the job in the fields of data analysis, data science, applications development, systems analysis, project management, banking or finance
• Understanding of business goals, market trends, and competitive landscapes aligns the work with the broader organizational objectives
• Resourceful and innovative in finding ways to address an issue or problem
