Our Retail Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Lipa, Batangas in the role of Branch Operations Associate (Cash Services).

As the Branch Operations Associate for Cash Services, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the prompt servicing of client deposit pick-up requests, maintain adequate cash availability for off-site ATMs, and timely fulfillment of cash requirements for stores.

What the role will entail

• Ensure timely delivery of cash requirements and remittances for stores.
• Provide excellent service to deposit pick-up clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Perform triangular balancing of cash, deposit slips, and deposit pick-up authority documents.
• Complete trip ticket information accurately.
• Organize and maintain files, ensure document completeness, accurate posting, and transaction records.
• Prepare bags and padlocks, verifying cash accuracy before loading into duffle bags, then securely place cash in duffle bags and padlock them for transport.
• Coordinate and plan armored car trips, serving as the leader of the armored car team.
• Ensure that ACU cash in transit is within insured.
• Validate details on deposit slips against deposit pick-up agreements for accuracy.
• Ensure proper sorting of consolidated cash and transferred funds.
• Consistently apply the Banks standard cash operating procedures.
• Ensures compliance in the security and control procedures in cash delivery to/from clients and branches.
• Collaborate with CSD officer regarding concerns related to ACU service providers and security.
• Address inquiries from stores and deposit pick-up clients regarding cash services and transactions via email and phone.
• Deliver cash requirements for stores and change funds for deposit pick-up clients promptly and accurately.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash/branch operations in an officer role.
• Strong understanding of General Accounting principles.
• Proficient in computer usage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Attentive to detail
• Strong analytical abilities
