HR Contents and Engagement Specialist - E

Role

• The HR content specialist will support the Head for People Communications and Engagement to help execute the communications and engagement strategy of EastWest Bank. The content specialist is in charge of creating, editing, and writing content for People related communications and engagement.
• The incumbents key responsibilities will include:
  
• As Content Specialist
  1. Researching topics that are pertinent to the content area and updating data as needed
  2. Establishing voice, tone, and style of all HR communications with the help of BMCC
  3. Promoting content across all of HR related communications channels and monitoring engagement such as comments, likes and shares
  4. Ensuring that content makes use of text, video, audio, etc.
  5. Updating previous content to meet new content requirements
  6. Creating and maintaining internal site and continuously improving the content of the website, including the resources pages.
  7. Partnering different business units/departments to ensure that their content requests are appropriately responded can completed.
  8. Guiding content creation with information and knowledge from partner teams.
• As Engagement Specialist:

Education

Bachelors Degree (Communications course is preferred but not required)

Work Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in communication/creatives or in HR
• Experience in working with vendors
• Experience in developing campaigns, crafting messaging
• Experience in digital and social media (Tiktok, facebook, etc)
• Experience in events management
