Our Corporate Banking team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig, Quezon City, Alabang, or Davao with the role of Credit Analyst and Review Officer (CARE).

In this role, you will assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, conduct financial and risk analyses, and support lending decisions by preparing Credit Offering Memos (COMs). You will also collaborate closely with marketing teams to evaluate transactions and ensure accurate, timely credit processing.

What the role will entail

  • Conduct financial and credit analysis of prospective and existing clients

  • Prepare and present Credit Offering Memos (COMs) to support credit decisions

  • Evaluate risks and recommend appropriate credit structures and terms

  • Monitor borrower performance and identify early warning signals

  • Recommend actions on restructuring, renewals, or collections as needed

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate credit processing

What were looking for

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Banking

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Officer in commercial and/or corporate lending with a similar-sized or larger bank

  • Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, banking products, data analysis, financial monitoring and reporting, research, and risk management

  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of business and industry factors influencing credit decisions

  • Excellent communication skills, articulate and proficient in oral and written English

  • A collaborative team player who can coordinate effectively across units

  • Strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and meet client requirements
