Our Admin Services Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in the role of Administrative Services Associate (Logistics).
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting logistics operations, including records warehousing, fleet management, messengerial services, and vendor coordination. You will help ensure operational efficiency, timely service delivery, and compliance with internal standards and service level agreements.

What the role will entail

Manage records warehousing, delivery, disposal, inventory, and monitoring, ensuring all activities meet prescribed SLAs.

Oversee fleet management, ensuring 100% vehicle registration compliance and timely preventive maintenance.

Ensure timely processing of messengerial requests received through Sapphire and email within agreed turnaround times.

Monitor, log, and track all logistics-related service requests.

Track and validate payments to third-party service providers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Handle inquiries and requests from Head Office units and Branches.

Support initiatives to streamline and improve logistics processes.
What we're looking for

Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in logistics management or warehousing.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).

Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethics.

Effective coordination and interpersonal skills.

Willing to perform fieldwork.
