Our Branch Banking Group is looking for a Prospect Generation Lead to join the Business Development Unit under Branch Banking Group.

In this role, you will be developing and executing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects that can be effectively converted into sales opportunities.

What the role will entail

• Responsible for supervising and guiding a team dedicated to generating high-quality leads for the Business Development Unit.
• Developing and executing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects that can be effectively converted into sales opportunities.
• Fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team to ensure the sales process is streamlined and efficient, ultimately contributing to the company's overall success.

What were looking for:

• Graduate of any Bachelors degree, preferably Business course
• At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong background in data analysis, reports and leads generation
• Expertise in sales, marketing, and portfolio management
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
