About the job Administrative Officer - Construction Officer -E

To perform duties according to established operating procedures and standards set by the department making use of the acquired skills and experiences in the fields of designing, planning, supervision and coordination for EastWest Bank branches, offices and the likes at the same having the opportunity to further develop existing competencies. Making sure that designs meet the government code requirements and bank standards and ensures submitted documents by contractors are complete, correct and implemented at the most cost effective way. Assist in the overall supervision of expansion, renovation and completion of construction projects (all new and existing stores and offices of EWB)

Experience: Ten years experience in planning and design, actual project/construction management and related Administrative function
