Role and responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between department and the division office
  • Screen documents submitted for approval for completeness and accuracy
  • Timely and accurate dispatch of documents back to the appropriate unit
  • Screen all calls and maintains confidentiality
  • Secure confidentiality on all transmitted documents
  • Organize schedule and keeps track of its development. Coordinates all meetings
  • Ensure completeness of logistics for scheduled meetings
  • Prepare accurate reports within the agreed turn-around time, according to priority

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking/ /Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Can multitask and has good time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
