JOB PURPOSE:

  • Lead the overall delivery of approved programs and projects including its coordination and completion on time within budget and within scope
  • Oversee all aspects of the projects such as setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project
  • Organize management reports on program and project status
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead coordination with internal resources and stakeholders for the successful execution and completion of projects and programs
    • Ensure adequate resource availability and allocation so that all projects/programs will be delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Enable the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Lead the development of a detailed work plan and project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Lead changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Lead the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Meet with stakeholders to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project
    • Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
    • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
    • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders as well as other staff members
    • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Implement control procedures safekeep related project documents
