Our Consumer Lending Group is looking for professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of Credit Associate.

Credit Associate is responsible for the pre-screening and initial evaluation of loan applications prior to final assessment of Credit Officers. The role includes pre-evaluation of loan applications and analysis of results within prescribed turn-around-time while ensuring compliance to bank and regulatory bodies, policies and procedures.

What the role will entail

• Conducts proper AML/KYC due diligence upon onboarding.
• Performs pre evaluation of loan applications within the prescribed turn-around time.
• Performs duplicate checking vs bank systems and bureau database.
• Assesses and recommends acceptability of applicant based on approved policies.
• Ensures all applications processed adhere to credit policies.

What were looking for

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in a similar/related capacity.
• Trainable, keen to details, self-motivated, and is able to work under minimum supervision.
