Our Store Operations Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Branch Operations Associate (Transactions Reviewer).
As a Branch Operations Associate (Transactions Reviewer), you will be responsible for reviewing store transactions using scanned images to ensure compliance with policies (including AMLA regulations), addressing transactions/customer records with exceptions for risk assessment, analyzing documents to address findings, recommending delisting approvals to the CBOD Head, and collaborating with the Teller/Service Manager to resolve findings.

What the role will entail
- Review transaction documents and EOD reports submitted within the specified TAT.
- Document and report any deviations from policies/guidelines promptly.
- Collaborate with SEM, CSignor, and Teller to address transactions needing clarification.
- Update and verify exceptions, ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies.
- Escalate issues for further assessment to the Team Head/Department Head.
- Submit required reports and assist with assigned projects as needed.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- With at least two (2) years of experience as a front-liner (i.e. Teller, New Accounts) in branch operations or branch support.
- Effective communication and written skills.
- Solid foundation and understanding of basic branch operations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic drive to learn new bank processes and procedures.
