Our Compliance team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Compliance Associate.

As a Compliance Associate, you will oversee and provide dedicated administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Compliance Assurance, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance and Governance, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to the highest standards.

What the role will entail

• Assist with logistics for the BSP Examination, BCO and DBCO quarterly meetings, and Division meetings.
• Maintain an organized file of correspondence with regulators and customer complaints and monitors the timely submission of replies to complaints/requests directed to the BSP.
• Assist Compliance Officers in monitoring unit responses to BSP issuances and maintains correspondence records from BSP, PDIC, SEC and other regulatory agencies.
• Prepare and finalize the RCL. Consult the AML Compliance Officer with Suspicious Transaction Reporting
• Maintain the tracking of the Divisions SLAs with its customers

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in either Legal Management, Business or Economics
• At least 1 year of banking experience
• Proficient in computer skills, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Good oral and written communication skills
