Our KOMO team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig City with the role of Administrative Assistant.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the Komo Head and department executives. Your responsibilities include consolidating and placing quarterly orders for supplies and assets across all Komo sub-departments, managing schedules and communications for department executives, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents for meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking meeting room reservations for recurring Komo team meetings and as required by sub-department leaders. Overseeing the maintenance and updating of reports and operating dashboards, you will process payment requests, organize, and file files and department documents.

What the role will entail
- Ensure that memos and documents are distributed to and receive by intended recipients in timely manner, and that all confidential documents and transactions are secured
- Manage the adequate supply of office supplies, inclusive of the requisitioning of necessary office gadgets and disposal/turn-over of fixed assets when no longer needed
- Safeguard that bills are paid before due dates and that no penalty charges are incurred
- Meetings are well coordinated and organized, with meeting rooms booked 100% for all recurring team meetings
What were looking for
- Bachelor's/College Degree Holder
- At least 1-2 years experience in the same capacity
- Familiarity with MS Excel including simple and moderate formulas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Organized and structured in order to effectively manage workload
- Good written and oral communication skills in order to work with both internal and external teams
