Our Consumer Lending Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila in the role of Warehouse Custodian.

This person will oversee the reception and release of repossessed units, conducts checklists, and ensures car key safety. They coordinate with managers for vehicle transfers, maintain cleanliness, manage accounts, prevent illegal activities, recommend warehouses, address customer concerns, and assist with documentation.

What the role will entail

• Receive and release repossessed units, performing checklists upon release and receipt, and ensuring car key safety.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager/Officers for vehicle transfer/release and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Monitor warehouse orderliness and cleanliness for efficient operation and ensure all accounts are current.
• Implement control mechanisms to prevent illegal activities and recommend new warehouses or contract renewals.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with other departments on pending documentation.

What were looking for

• Bachelor's degree holder of any course.
• Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience,
• Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Demonstrates excellent people and coordination abilities, along with a sense of urgency and trustworthiness.
• Open availability to work on Saturdays and willingness to engage in fieldwork.
• Holds a valid driver's license and is available to start immediately.
