Job Purpose

Implement the Learning and Development Framework in identifying, developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development solutions to build the Sales competencies of employees for current and future jobs for the assigned business/groups/talent segments.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement learning and development framework, budget process, policies, and service level agreements for the assigned business/groups/talent segments
  • Prepare budget, monitor, and control the cost of their assigned business/groups/talent segments/programs.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to align business requirements with the learning curriculum for the assigned business/groups/talent segments.
  • Conduct regular touchpoint meetings with business units leads.
  • Participate in the annual planning process and other relevant meetings of the assigned business/groups/talent segments.
  • Design programs based on the targeted competency proficiency level.
  • Implement the standard process in designing and developing programs across businesses whether with internal or external resources.
  • Choose appropriate methodology for the program (online, classroom, blended learning, 70-20-10 approach)
  • Monitor latest trends in learning and development, evaluate relevance to RBG and drive implementation if applicable.
  • Evaluate possible areas of synergies and customization of programs that are common across business units.
  • Implement the standardized process for vendor/faculty selection, development and management for the assigned business/groups/talent segments.
  • Conduct/facilitate programs for the assigned business/groups/talent segments, when applicable
  • In coordination with L&D Operations, run an efficient training operation (RACI)
  • Design the appropriate evaluation level based on the target proficiency level.
  • Measure learning evaluation of each program through L1, L2 & L3, and against the target proficiency level
  • Communicate evaluation results to key stakeholders, provide, implement, and monitor recommendations.
  • Comply with BSP regulations (AMLA, FATCA, etc.)
  • Develop programs that will help the employees and the bank be compliant with BSP regulations.

Qualifications

  • Wiling to work in Ortigas/Mandaluyong area
  • Business Course
  • Sales experience, Sales Facilitation skills
  • Preferably had Bank experience in Sales
