The EastWest Academy team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas in the role of Sales Trainer.
In this role, you will implement the Learning and Development Framework to identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions aimed at enhancing the sales competencies of employees, ensuring they are equipped for both current and future roles within the assigned business groups or talent segments.

What the role will entail
- Implement learning and development framework, budget, policies, and SLAs for assigned segments.
- Prepare, monitor, and control the budget for assigned segments/programs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis to align curricula with business requirements.
- Design and implement programs using various methodologies (online, classroom, blended, 70-20-10).
- Monitor learning trends, evaluate relevance to RBG, and implement where applicable.
- Oversee vendor/faculty selection, development, and management for assigned segments.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through L1, L2, and L3 metrics and ensure BSP compliance (e.g., AMLA, FATCA).
What we're looking for
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, with strong sales facilitation skills and preferably experience in banking sales.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, and results orientation.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking, learning agility, problem-solving, and managing disruptive change.
