Our Technology Architecture team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Head of Technology Architecture.

Lead the Technology Architecture Team in documenting and defining the bank's technology architecture based on business needs. Establish standards for consistent project designs and implementations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to create a technology roadmap and identify projects to achieve the target architecture.

What the role will entail

• Lead the Technology Architecture Team by aligning with management, organizing training, and managing essential administrative tasks.
• Foster strong collaboration within the Enterprise Architecture Team to ensure Technology Architecture seamlessly aligns with the bank's overarching architectural vision.
• Craft an inspiring technology roadmap that will guide the bank toward innovation and excellence.
• Establish and enforce Technology Architecture Standards for on-premise and cloud solutions. 
• Maintain design artifact repositories and conduct compliance audits.
• Present impactful reports and updates to Senior Management, Executive Management, and the Board as required, ensuring informed decision-making and strategic alignment.

What we're looking for

•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a related field is required; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
• TOGAF Certification is an advantage but not required
• 10 years of experience in two IT disciplines, including technology architecture, server/network management, or cloud management.
• 5 years in technology architecture with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience working in banking or a relevant industry is an advantage but not required.
