About the job Quality Assurance Analyst

Purpose
The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures the quality and efficiency of Cash Management products and services through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of supporting systems/enhancements or periodic review of existing systems. He/She also works with the Business Development Core and Non Core Units to document the features and functionalities of the systems.

To ensure products meet established quality standards and industry benchmarks. Monitor processes and inspect produced goods and services. They propose measures and process improvements to enhance operations, ensure reliability of systems, and minimize downtime, errors, and defects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements for new products/services versus the system developed by programmers to ensure alignment and perform UAT thereafter
  • Prepare the test plan, test scenarios, test scripts, test data, test results and other documents relative to the UAT activity in the course of product development
  • Perform UAT on reported production issues and prepare all documents necessary for the implementation of the fix to production
  • Conduct training for the members of other departments in Cash Management on the system features of Cash Management products and services
  • Recommend new system features/enhancements to existing Cash Management products and services
  • Maintain the backup of all product and service installers and source codes that pass the UAT

Requirements

  • College Graduate of Any IT-related Courses
  • PC Troubleshooting
  • Development of stand-alone, web-based, and network applications
  • Experience in handling support on the following databases:
  • MS SQL, MySQL, Visual FoxPro, MS Access, Firebird
  • Customer Service
