Our Retail Banking Group Operations Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati in the role of Systems & Methods Associate (Policy & Process Development).
As a Systems & Methods Officer (Policy & Process Development), you will be responsible for supporting policy development across at least one of EWB priority areas by working on Store Operations Group and Systems & Methods policy projects, conducting research, developing policy positions, and producing reports.

What the role will entail
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of introducing new or revised policies and procedures to stores, customers, and existing transaction processes.
- Develop written new policy and procedure updates based on new regulations, audit findings, or improved processes and communicate these to the stores.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures and initiate enhancements as identified, following a structured review and approval process.
- Act as the key liaison for policies and procedures routed by BPPM for review and endorsement before being approved by the Group Head and Cluster Head.
- Determine manual processes of stores for possible automation.
- Ensure that alternative SOG repositories of policies and procedures are updated and those already superseded are appropriately archived.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in any business/accountancy-related course.
- Having obtained a Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Has working knowledge of banking regulations, products, and services.
- Proficient in MS Office.
