About the job Sourcing Officer - E

The Sourcing Officer is expected to create and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline needed by the bank, as well as provide support and execute on the sourcing and employment branding strategies as created and laid out by the Sourcing Team Head. Said resource is expected to have extensive experience and expertise in research, marketing, sourcing, channel management to support recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate strategy and activities to develop and implement innovative sourcing practices
  • Drive talent attraction initiatives including executing employer brand strategy, utilizing social media, digital marketing, events and creative communications
  • Create talent pipeline by leveraging on various sourcing methods, driving campaigns to attract target talent demographic and proactively building talent maps for various hiring profiles
  • Ensure compliance to audit and vendor governance requirements when it comes to managing vendors
  • Work closely with the Recruiters in providing quality talent required by the bank, as well as join calibrations sessions with key stakeholders to address continuous pooling for critical hiring needs
  • Completion of weekly productivity reporting output and candidate tracking, as well as providing regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Keep abreast of the external talent market landscape by continuously culling market insights and intelligence
  • Ensure compliance and alignment to regulatory and bank policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sourcing for both volume and niche roles, preferably gained from Banking and Finance
  • Good understanding of talent sourcing techniques, Passive Recruitment and Employer Branding
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders and leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must be adept in various basic reporting features of MS Excel, and be comfortable in regularly generating reports and data analysis
