HR Analyst - E

Preference:

-BS Math or related courses
-SQL Knowledge
-PowerBI (At least Basic knowledge)
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig

Role

The role is responsible in ensuring availability of proper data, infrastructure and systems to the HR Group. The incumbent shall have primary responsibility on data management, reporting and analytics, visualization, data quality review and improvement, automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Data completeness, quality, availability, security

• Perform daily data processing activities from receipt of system extracts until data delivery to HR users
• Troubleshoot, Implement early detection activities to capture data issues
• Conduct data testing to verify that the appropriate fix 
  
• Explore, analyze, enhance and operationalize checkpoints and data monitoring process by developing and executing validation rules
• Address data management requirements to support internal critical projects and reporting by effectively handling data sourcing, collection, storage, data quality analysis, report and information generation and deployment.

Data Visualization

• Collect requirement from various stakeholder on Data Visualization Needs
  
• Create Dashboard using Visualization Tools
• Create various SQL (or related) script to transform data accordingly

Automate Processes

• Be able to automate processes using software development programs (Macros, VBA, SQL, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)

New data source management

• Liaise with HR and IT to understand both technical and business details of new user information requirements and its impact on existing data systems
• Perform UAT on new data element/source
  
• Document new data element / source
• Publish new data element / source to users and provide guidance

Innovation and process improvement initiatives

• Conduct research, assessment, test and recommend new tools and methodologies to improve efficiency of team processes
• Plan and implement deployment and conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Data-driven business insights geared to:
increase business profitability, strengthen customer relationship, reduce risk exposure, improve process efficiency 

• Identify analytics project in coordination with business users
• Design analytics framework
• Data gathering and processing
• Data analysis and Report preparation
