About the job Lead, Program & Project Delivery
Job Purpose:
- As the Lead Security Program Delivery, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Program Delivery to provide critical support in managing the entire life cycle of information security programs.
- From contributing to proof of concept initiatives to overseeing program implementation and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of information security initiatives.
- This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for program delivery and a strong foundation in project management within the information security domain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Assist in shaping and executing the strategic vision for information security programs.
- Contribute actively to the development and execution of proof of concept initiatives.
Continuous Monitoring Collaboration
- Collaborate in establishing a robust monitoring framework for ongoing program evaluation.
- Actively participate in proactive measures for continuous improvement based on monitoring insights.
Program Coordination
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of information security programs using industry-standard methodologies.
- Apply project management terminologies, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Critical Path Analysis (CPA), to ensure program success.
Implementation Assistance
- Support the implementation of information security programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the application of Agile and Scrum methodologies for efficient program execution.
Metrics Tracking and Reporting
- Contribute to defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for information security programs.
- Assist in generating regular reports for senior management, highlighting program achievements and improvement areas.
Resource Optimization
- Support the optimization of resource allocation to enhance program delivery efficiency.
- Assist in ensuring the availability of necessary resources for successful program implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Assist in communicating program updates and milestones to stakeholders.
Risk Mitigation Support
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of risks associated with information security programs.
- Assist in developing contingency plans and risk response strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in ICT, Computer Science or related field and equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Proven work experience in managing projects/programs in Information Security, Compliance, Technology audit, or a related field in the banking industry or similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Apps
