Our Financial Markets & Wealth Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC, Taguig in the role of Trust Client Portfolio Sales Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships by offering tailored trust and investment solutions. You will engage in client calls, coordinate instructions with the Trust Division, and build investment portfolios aligned with each clients goals and risk profile. You will also propose product enhancements, provide regular updates on new offerings, ensure full regulatory compliance, and conduct training sessions to enhance client understanding of trust and investment products.

What the role will entail

  • Actively engage in client calls and coordinate the execution of client instructions within the Trust Division.

  • Utilize various trust products to construct and manage portfolios that optimize returns based on client risk tolerance.

  • Propose enhancements to trust products and services to support client acquisition and retention.

  • Generate and present sales and volume reports to monitor business performance.

  • Ensure strict compliance with AMLA, KYC, and suitability policies.

  • Conduct UITF and Feeder Fund training programs for clients and internal partners.

  • Ensure the timely completion of account opening documents and annual account reviews, and address audit findings or compliance gaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF) Certified.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Marketing & Sales, Treasury Marketing, Trust Marketing, Investment Houses, Mutual Funds, or related fields.

  • Proficient in Trust & Investments Product Development, Marketing, Relationship Management, and financial regulations.
