The Marketing & Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Mass Affluent Segment Lead.

In this role, you will join the Affluent Segment Team to drive market share growth, develop and execute strategies based on customer insights and other drivers to create multi-product offerings to acquire new customers and increase product count, and ensure effective training, communication, and sales field execution.

What the role will entail

  • Identify key business opportunities and inform the segment proposition using market analysis, customer insights, and business data.
  • Develop and bundle the right set of products for the segment to grow the business and drive profitability.
  • Determine strategic partnerships to strengthen the segment proposition and portfolio.
  • Lead portfolio shaping, including pricing, resource allocation, prioritization, and forecasting.
  • Create and test product concepts in collaboration with the Customer Intelligence & Strategic Insights team.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure completion of product elements and enablers.
  • Develop business and marketing plans with strategies for acquisition, usage, retention, and market share growth, including media, digital, and communication strategies.

What were looking for

  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or related field; Masters Degree is a plus
  • 8-10 years of experience managing a portfolio of brands/products and creating business plans and marketing strategies
  • Proven track record in launching and building customer segments, with experience in innovative consumer solutions
  • Preferred experience in banking, FMCG, or Telco industries
  • At least 3 years of experience managing senior managers, with a demonstrated ability to drive results efficiently
