Our People & Corporate Services is looking for experienced and driven professionals to join us in Taguig as a People Business Partner.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of People Business Partner and work closely with business leaders to drive organizational strategies that support the achievement of key business goals. You will provide integrated HR advisory and strategic support to business units in attracting, developing, and retaining talent, while recommending both short- and long-term solutions.
You will also serve as a key point of contact for consulting on critical initiatives and programs, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure strategies are aligned, effectively implemented, and maximized across the organization.

What the role will entail
- Collaborating with business leaders to align HR Strategies with the overall bank strategies. Ensuring workforce plans support growth and productivity
- Drive the execution of HR programs & initiatives to propel talent attraction, learning, development, & retention; actively maintaining collaboration with HR COEs to enhance talent processes & practices, & enable the business.
- Collaborate with HR COEs on the analysis of employee pulse survey trends, leading the deployment of results & creation of action plans by the business units.
- Collaborate with the HR COE team to implement HR technology automation & analytics, for streamlining of processes.
- Conduct exit interview of leavers in the peer & managerial levels.
- Lead in facilitating employee annual & periodic performance & career discussions.
Manage complex employee relations issues escalated by the business, ensuring compliance with employment regulations & in collaboration with the HR COE on people relations & governance - Analyze HR metrics & data to provide insights & recommendations to support business units in their decisions
- Collaborate with HR COEs, provide consultation & guidance to the business at a strategic level, on overall HR matters. Partner with Total Rewards COE to implement Compensation & Benefits programs & initiatives, acting as strategic link between HR & the business.
- Advise Business Units in compliance with policies & procedures, guiding them with adherence to regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years progressive responsibility in HR Leadership, with focus on Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Preferred: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Databricks Data Engineer, dbt Fundamentals/Advanced Certification, or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, HR best practices, talent acquisition, development, & retention
