Our Personal Loan Marketing team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Product Manager (Personal Loan). 

In this role, you will manage marketing campaigns as projects, ensure timely execution of deliverables, and develop innovative creatives to support the growth of the Personal Loan business.

What the role will entail

• Manage campaigns as projects, overseeing progress and execution from start to finish

• Monitor marketing deliverables and ensure timely completion of requirements

• Implement Integrated Marketing turnaround times (TATs) and SOPs across all requests

• Coordinate with stakeholders and marketing partners to ensure smooth project execution

• Develop creatives for major campaigns and assist with asset development for marketing services

• Provide end-to-end project management support for all marketing initiatives under Personal Loan

What were looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field

• Clear understanding of marketing principles and objectives

• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with agency exposure in a managerial capacity

• Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple timelines simultaneously

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adept in project management

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across organizational levels

• Customer-oriented approach in executing marketing deliverables
