Our Enterprise Data Office team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Program Oversight & Control Officer.
In this role you will support the Data Governance Office by providing administrative and analytical assistance across data governance and data product initiatives. You will assist with data collection, scheduling, status reporting, budget tracking, and the preparation of basic dashboards and project documentation to support timely and cost-effective delivery.

What the role will entail
- Support the governance and data product portfolio through data collection, scheduling, status updates, and maintenance of project trackers
- Assist with tracking project budgets and expenditures, including maintaining spreadsheets and preparing budget reports
- Monitor governance project timelines and deliverables, compiling status updates and coordinating meeting minutes
- Provide support for enterprise data product initiatives by tracking progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues to PMO leadership
- Prepare basic reports and dashboards using project management tools and maintain PMO documentation, schedules, and calendars
- Assist with meeting coordination, communications, and general administrative support for the PMO
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in either Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Lean Six Sigma training is an advantage
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or a junior project analyst role within data, IT, or PMO environments
- Familiarity with PMO frameworks and tools, with a basic understanding of data governance, product lifecycle, and budget and timeline tracking
- Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, with experience preparing reports and dashboards using project management tools
