Our People and Corporate Services Group is looking for a experienced professionals to join us with the role of Workforce Management Officer.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining workforce strategies to ensure that the organization has the right number of employees, with the right skills, in the right positions, at the right time.

What the role will entail
- Lead the development and execution of workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze current workforce data and forecast future workforce needs based on business plans, market trends, and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with HR, department heads, and senior leadership to identify staffing gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Monitor and report on key workforce metrics, such as headcount, turnover, productivity, and labor costs
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models, tools, and dashboards for effective decision-making.
- Lead or participate in workforce optimization initiatives, such as restructuring, redeployment, or upskilling projects.
What we're looking for
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Math, Statistics, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in workforce planning software, HRIS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and influence stakeholders
- Project management experience is required
