Our Operations team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas as a Bank Operations Associate.

In this role you will support Treasury Front Office by performing static data setup, maintenance, and updates within Treasury systems while providing operational and administrative support to ensure seamless client integration and accurate transaction processing. You will help maintain data integrity, uphold documentation and audit standards, and ensure compliance with established policies and controls to support efficient treasury operations.

What the role will entail

  • Create, update, and maintain static data records in Treasury systems, including client and counterparty information, settlement instructions, account mappings, and market data.
  • Provide administrative and operational support by monitoring requests, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and client setups.
  • Perform first-level validation of requests and supporting documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and control requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, tracking logs, and other management information tools to support monitoring and decision-making.
  • Identify and escalate data inconsistencies, system issues, and processing exceptions, while assisting in troubleshooting and resolution activities.
  • Maintain audit-ready records, approvals, and processing evidence to support regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in either Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
  • Prior experience in bank operations is preferred, but fresh graduates are open to apply
  • Must possess strong communication skills to effectively convey information and discrepancies.
  • Should be a team player, capable of working collaboratively with various departments.
  • A willingness to learn new bank processes and procedures is essential.
  • Must be attentive to details, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all transactions and documents handled.
