Our Operations Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati City as a Store Quality Assurance Officer.

In this role, you will conduct pre-audit, unannounced assurance reviews, and special reviews of store and cash center operations. You will assess the adequacy and effectiveness of existing controls, provide reliable, data-driven insights, and help ensure that all operations run efficiently, securely, and in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

What the role will entail

  • Conduct pre-audit and unannounced assurance reviews of store and cash center operations to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Perform special reviews on reported fraud, operational lapses, or irregularities

  • Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risk areas in store and cash center environments

  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls related to cash handling, sales processes, and operational procedures

  • Prepare clear and comprehensive reports detailing findings, risk assessments, and recommendations

  • Serve as acting Service Manager during mandatory leave or preventive suspension, ensuring business continuity and operational integrity

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in bank operations review, internal audit, quality assurance, or risk management, preferably within retail or financial services

  • Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, operational processes, and risk assessment methodologies

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to management

  • Willingness to travel frequently for unannounced store and cash center visits
